ABOUT SIZES, WEIGHT AND SAFETY
Recommended load weight is the optimal weight to achieve high bounces, performance and safety.

If you are under the load weight, you may not have enough force to produce a good bounce and therefore you will have to exert more force.
If you are over the load weight, you may not bounce as you will flatten the rubber and may snap the bands.

Our recommendations are so that you won’t be disappointed when your performance isn’t up to your expectations.
